Sunstates Management is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Hattiesburg, MS
- Responsible for maintaining the physical condition and appearance of the property and apartments.
- Organize, coordinate and manage the overall maintenance programs including exterior property appearance, timely work order service, quality make-ready program, and cost-effective inventory control of the property.
- Required to be "on-call" after hours for emergencies only.
- General Apartment Maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of HVAC units. (Certification required.)
- Knowledge of appliance repair, carpentry, plumbing, electrical.
- Required to be able to paint vacant units.
- Knowledge of safety procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.56 - $21.72 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
